Our plant-based ingredients consist of a fine blend of oats, soy flour, milled golden flaxseed, rapeseed oil and 27 essential vitamins and minerals. As a result, each meal provides a great amount of protein with a complete amino acid profile, an adequate amount of good fats with plenty of omega 3 and 6, slow-releasing complex carbs for energy, low sugar and plenty of fiber to help your digestive system.

In short: Higher protein & fats, lower carbs. The Plenny Shake Big Bag has higher protein contents than the regular Plenny Shake. 27g per 400kcal instead of 15g per 400kcal meal.
The Big Bag will replace our Active line in the near future. Because of the increased protein & fats we eliminated maltodextrin and isomaltulose from this formula entirely.
Because we are producing at a significantly smaller scale it’s quite the strain on our operation, both production and packing wise. We hope to improve this in the future.
