        By 2050, the world’s population will have reached 9.7 billion people. To provide enough nutritious food for everybody, we seriously need to think about what we eat. That is why we went to great lengths to make Plenny Shake completely plant-based. Our drink is lactose free. We obtain our protein from soy protein isolate and ultra fine oats. Omega 3 and 6 comes from golden flaxseed and sunflower oil and vitamin D is extracted from lichen.

        We made our shake vegan because it is much more sustainable and reduces our CO2 footprint. This is also the reason we compensate carbon emissions for all our transport.

        In a plant-based diet, it is sometimes difficult to get enough amino acids from your meals. But Plenny Shake will provide you with the exact right amino acid profile.

        Protein

        Protein is your body’s building block. It creates and repairs the fundamental body parts such as your muscles, bones, skin and blood. In protein we can trust. We used the exact amount of proteins (15g) your body needs to work properly according to the World Health Organization. This allows you to catch squirrels, or to recover from squirrel bites in your face. Our protein comes from finely ground oats and soy protein isolate, so it’s vegan too.

      No. The oats we use for our Plenny Shake are processed in a facility that also processes gluten, which is why our oats in fact contain gluten.

      Yes, the Plenny Shake is made from plant-based ingredients only, and thus completely vegan.

      Depending on how much you consume, Plenny Shake will satisfy your hunger for about 3-4 hours.

      100 grams of Plenny Shake contains about 390 kcal, depending on the flavor and variety. One bag of Plenny Shake contains 525 grams, which adds up to about 2100 kcal total. Check the nutritional label if you want to be a 100% accurate.

      How much calories you want to consume per meal is really up to you, but here are our guidelines:

      200 kcal = small snack

      400 kcal = one meal

      700 kcal = big meal
