Surprise, surprise, Jimmy Joy is made of actual food. It contains everything your body needs to stay healthy, and more importantly, maintain its high level of magnificence. Our plant-based ingredients consist of a fine blend of oats, soy flour, milled golden flaxseed, rapeseed oil and a mix of 27 essential vitamins and minerals. Plenny Shake mango, strawberry and banana also contain real freeze-dried fruit.

Each meal provides a great amount of protein with a complete amino acid profile, an adequate amount of good fats with plenty of omega 3 and 6, slow-releasing complex carbs for energy, low sugar and plenty of fiber to help your digestive system. We know, it’s a  (literal) mouthful.

For virgins, gentle and slow is the way to go. As with any dietary change, our body may need some time to adjust to ''new'' kinds of food. Therefore we recommend to start with replacing one meal a day for the first few days so you can see how your body reacts.

Well that’s the thing: our meals need minimal prepping.

For a 400kcal meal of Plenny Shake, just add two scoops and some water. You can make your shake as dense or watery as you prefer.

Our Plenny Bars and Plenny Drink are even easier: you just need to remove the wrapper or turn the lid.

Wow, calm down. The recommended serving size of Plenny Shake is 400 kcal a meal. Our other meals also contain around 400 kcal.

No, that would definitely defeat the purpose of eating. Although the duration of satiation can differ per person (depending on build and lifestyle), our experience shows that with our 400 kcal meals you’ll feel full for about 3 to 5 hours.

It is theoretically possible to eat exclusively Jimmy Joy, and we’re happy to report we have customers who have done so or are still doing this. They’re still alive  (phew!), and have - after a long period of 100% Jimmy Joy consumption - had their blood tested which came back with very positive results. Most of our customers use our products for breakfast or lunch though, as these meals are usually not that much of a social affair and more something you just have to get over with. We too enjoy cooking and eating with friends and family, and we wouldn’t dream of taking this away from you (or ourselves for that matter). We encourage our customers to individually find out what works for them.

Although our products are not designed to lose weight with, they can definitely help. With Jimmy Joy meals you’ll always know exactly how many calories you’re consuming, making it super easy to make sure you’re getting the exact amount you need to achieve your body goals!

Nuts

There are no nuts in our Plenny Shakes and Drinks, but there could be traces of nuts in our products. So if you are highly allergic, please do not try them. Plenny Bars contain nuts.

Gluten

Our products don't have any gluten in them, however our oats are processed in an environment where gluten-products are processed as well, so unfortunately we cannot definitely rule out cross-contamination. The oats make up about 30% of the product.

Soy

Our products contain significant amounts of soy. If you’re allergic, steer clear!  

Lactose

Our Twenny Bars contain lactose. Our Plenny Shake and Plenny Drink are lactose-free. Our Plenny Bars contain no lactose of their own, but there could be traces of lactose in them. If you are highly allergic, please do not try them. Want to learn more about lactose? Click here.

All our ingredients are currently non-GMO.

While none of the ingredients we use are harmful or dangerous to pregnant women, our products are based on the nutritional needs of an average adult. If you’re pregnant (or nursing) you will have different dietary/nutritional needs than the average adult, so we do not recommend you using our products when pregnant or nursing. Please consult with your doctor before doing so.

Our products are based on the nutritional needs of the average adult. Since children have different nutritional needs, we don’t recommend our products for children.

Unfortunately we currently don't have any retail points. 

All of our products have a shelf life of 12 months after production, no more wasting food!

Store Jimmy Joy products in a cool, dark place like a cupboard or pantry and you’ll be fine until at least the mentioned expiration date.

We don’t recommend consuming our products past the expiration date. Try at your own risk, but check it's color, smell and texture beforehand!

Our Plenny Shakes are made of recycling category 7 - a mix of different plastics. Although more complex, this category can sometimes be recycled.

Our Plenny Drinks come in recyclable Tetra Pak® packaging, which consists of 37% recycled carton and a plastic lid/cap.

Our Plenny Bar wrappers are not fully recyclable because of the aluminium lining they contain.

All first-time Jimmy Joy customers receive a free shaker and scoop. Once you’ve added Plenny Shake to your shopping cart, you’ll get a pop-up with which you can add a free shaker to your cart as well. When viewing your cart you add a free scoop as well, near the bottom of the page there’s a box you can check. When ordering a subscription you do not get the option to select a free scoop. We will manually add one to your first charge!

Why of course! Once your order has been processed you will receive a tracking code with which you can follow your order.
