Ingredients
- 200 ml plant-based milk
- 50 g of Plenny Shake Mango
- 150 g of pineapple
- Juice of 1 orange
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tbsp of dried or fresh ginger (grated)
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 tbsp dried, ground tumeric
- ground black pepper (piperine enhances tumeric absorption in the body)
Preparation
- Put all ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth.
- Pour into a glass or shaker bottle and enjoy!
